The Challenge
Mall handovers come with tight install windows (overnight, between trading hours). Brand standards leave no room for fabrication variation. Stock has to be ready for many openings at once.
Our Approach
Modular shopfront kits with pre-fabricated channel-letter fascia, plug-in LED modules and standardised mounting hardware. Inventory held against forecast openings. Night-ops install crews trained on Lenskart's brand standards.
The Outcome
Repeatable, brand-consistent storefronts at high cadence. Install times cut substantially through modular kits and pre-staged inventory.
